Our answering services are billed on a per-call basis and our call center services are billed on a per-minute basis. Please speak to one of our Customer service reps about the type of support you need – we can develop a solution that works best for your business.

How Does the Billing Schedule Work?

Our answering service rates are payable monthly, with no annual contracts. The monthly billing structure is straightforward, based on a true one month billing cycle (as opposed to every four weeks).

Our call center service pricing is based on a per-minute basis. Operator time is calculated in 1-second increments with no minimum.
